It’s been reassuring to be working on this release during the arrival of spring. Walking around mid-city gazing at azaleas, crepe myrtles and roses has given me time and space to think about love, learning, work, art, and the balance of these things.

Flowers is about more than just a relationship’s end - it’s about loving with your whole heart - navigating life and “the process” - understanding that sometimes we make tough decisions that might break another’s heart… or break our own heart… but knowing that it’s all for the sake of learning about ourselves and our surroundings… and being confident that if you learn through love ~ you will grow. 🌺
